Our design process starts with a complimentary initial meeting where we discuss program requirements and client preferences as well as perform a visual assessment of the area(s) to be landscaped. We evaluate grade changes, drainage, zoning and lot coverage issues. Priorities are established and a preliminary budget is discussed. Please have a copy of the property survey ready for the initial meeting. Depending on the size and scope of the project, a followup site survey may be needed. 

A conceptual master plan is then developed and presented during the next meeting. Depending on your project, you may choose to have us develop 3-D renderings to better convey a specific idea.

Once the design is finalized, the plan goes in for permitting, construction drawings are developed and the bidding process begins.
