This new residence pulls design cues from the south with gas lamps and traditional brickwork. For the pool area, the client asked for a modern look with clean lines, simple plantings and a zero edge pool as the focal point. Construction for the pool and its surroundings are underway with plans for the rest of the property in the works for this fall. The following model renderings show how the space is intended to look when complete.
