His journey in the green industry began at the age of ten, handling a string trimmer for his cousin’s family business. This early exposure blossomed into a deep-rooted passion, leading Bob through various roles throughout the landscape industry during his college years.

Bob holds a B.S. in Landscape Architecture and a minor in Horticulture from Cornell University, a setting he credits for deeply influencing his design philosophy. His academic journey in the picturesque Ithaca, NY equipped him with not just technical skills but also a profound appreciation for natural beauty. Before ascending to his current role, Bob refined his expertise as a Construction Manager and later as a Landscape Designer and Sales Associate at Mariani Premier Group’s sister company, Hoffman Landscapes.

In his current role at Siciliano, Bob is dedicated to cultivating a culture of success that permeates all levels of the company. He is a visionary leader who combines strategic foresight with a commitment to client-centered decision-making.
